This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the RACE.LOGR mobile application.
RACE.LOGR allows users to log and store data related to dirt kart racing events for personal reference. All race data entered into the App is private to the user and is not publicly visible.
We collect the following:
Email addresses are used as the account identifier. No separate username is collected.

If users upload photos, they are stored securely in cloud storage and associated only with the user's account.
We may collect crash log data if the App experiences an error. Crash logs may include device type, operating system version, and technical diagnostic information. Crash logs are used solely to improve app stability and are never used for advertising or tracking.

Supabase provides our backend infrastructure, including authentication, database storage, and secure photo storage. Supabase servers are located in the United States. Supabase processes data on our behalf in accordance with their privacy and security practices.
GitHub is used solely for source code management and does not process user data.
We do not use third-party advertising networks.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Photos and race data are stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
While we take reasonable steps to protect data, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We retain user data only for as long as the account remains active. If a user deletes their account, all associated account data, race logs, and uploaded photos will be permanently deleted without undue delay. We do not retain user data for marketing purposes.
Users may delete their account directly within the App. Upon deletion, access is revoked immediately and all associated race logs and photos are permanently removed.

RACE.LOGR is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
